Diljit Dosanjh had visited farmers at Singhu border earlier this month after his much-publicised Twitter war with actress Kangana Ranaut.

Kangana v/s Diljit- Kangana calls Diljit, ‘local krantikari’.

Days after an ugly spat with Diljit Dosanjh, Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut on Friday once again tagged the popular Punjabi actor-singer in one of her tweets.

Responding to a tweet on farmers’ protest by Manjeet Bagga, Ranaut urged the Twitter user to explain it to “local krantikari (local revolutionary)” Diljit Dosanjh in the Punjabi language.

Mujhse bahut gussa ho gaye the woh jab maine samjhane ki koshish ki (He got infuriated when I tried to explain last time),” further tweeted Kangana Ranaut.

Manjeet Bagga had posted a handwritten note, trying to explain the stance of protesting farmers. And, that of the Centre as regards the farm laws.

“Is this truly a farmers’ protest? Take a look and decide for yourself,” captioned Bagga.

Responding to Bagga’s post, Kangana took a sarcastic jibe at Diljit.

Earlier this month, the Twitter war between Kangana v/s Diljit became a trending topic on the microblogging site. Hashtags #DiljitDestroysKangana and #Kangana v\s Diljit become trending on Twitter.

It all began when Diljit slammed Kangana for misidentifying an elderly Sikh woman, who had participated in the farmers’ protest, as Bilkis Bano of Shaheen Bagh. The Punjabi actor-singer had also shared a video of the elderly lady in question, saying that she was Mahinder Kaur.

Diljit, who hails from Dosanjh Kalan village near Jalandhar in Punjab, also responded to Kangana in Romanised Punjabi, winning extensive support of social media users.

Farmer’s Protest In Delhi

Thousands of farmers are agitating against the three new farm laws brought in by the central government.

After his war of words with Kangana, Diljit had visited the Singhu border in the National Capital Region (NCR). And, extended support to the farmers. He had also urged the government to accept the demands of the farmer.

“I want to urge the government to accept the demand of farmers. I would also like to urge the media to support us, these farmers are sitting peacefully with their demands. Please show that and support us,” Diljit had said while addressing the farmers and the media.

Cold War Kangana v/s Diljit

After Diljit Dosanjh’s tweet criticizing Kangana Ranaut, she too has responded with barbed words. Kangana took to Twitter on Thursday, calling Diljit filmmaker Karan Johar’s pet and herself a lioness. However, the Twitter fight escalated with the Punjabi actor getting strong support from many quarters.

“Ooo Karan johar ke paltu, jo dadi Saheen Baag mein apni citizenship keliye protest kar rahi thi wohi Bilkis Bano dadi ji Farmers ke MSP ke liye bhi protest karti hue dikhi. Mahinder Kaur ji ko toh main janti bhi nahin. Kya drama chalaya hai tum logon ne? (Karan Johar’s pet, the grandma who was protesting in Shaheen Bagh for her citizenship, the same grandma was seen protesting with the farmers. I don’t even know who is Mahinder Kaur. What is this new drama?) Stop this right now,” she wrote in a tweet.
